• WhatsApp requests: when you tap a WhatsApp button, your own WhatsApp client sends the message — we don't store the conversation, only receive it.
• Browsing data (only with your consent): anonymous statistics via Google Analytics 4 — page views, traffic source, device type. No identifying data is collected if you reject cookies.

Why we use the data

• To answer information requests and orders
• To meet tax and accounting obligations when invoicing
• To improve the website and understand what visitors care about (only with consent)

Who processes data on our behalf

• Web3Forms — receives and forwards contact form messages to our email.
• Vercel — hosts the site (EU servers).
• Google (Analytics) — traffic analysis, only when you accept cookies.
• Microsoft (Outlook) — receives the contact emails.

How long we keep data

• Contact messages: up to 2 years after the last interaction.
• Invoicing data: 10 years (Portuguese tax law).
